See this thread. This is a representative of the other part of the CFA franc. The technical specifications of the two coins are the same. They also share the gazelles from Bazor, updated by Gabriel Bernard in this case. The reverse was also done by Bazor and re-engraved by Bernard. The signs flanking the word FRANC are for the Paris mint, a cornucopia (left) and its director, Raymond Joly, an owl (right). This coin was not assigned to any particular state.
