Thank you Aditya for the good question, the mosque on the coin, is also shown on Afghanistan emblem which represents the main religion of Afghanistan, Islam. The question is, does it look like an existing mosque in Afghanistan?

While the mosque design may once have been inspired by a real one, it is now purely symbolic. This is clear from the fact that the minbar can be seen from the outside, but also from the outsize dimensions of the flags. The mosque is the central part of the national emblem.
