4,53 g / 19x22mm "  (zar)b falus Kerman" & a parrot or a coiled dragon ?
Like on some silver coins of this mint, letters could be puzzling,  the final "n" is written like a "r" (or "z")...
Kerman is a scarce mint for silver and civic coppers may be considered as "rare" (no coins in Valentine's and mint not listed on Zeno for copper)
Kerman is located in S-E of Iran and is not to be confused with Kermanshah in the iranian Kurdistan.

I was certain i saw a goldfish  ???
Another Kerman not to be confused with is Kurraman in the Hindu Kush. Also written in a similar abbreviated manner, but luckily some centuries before, so different style altogether.
