Although this coin is in the name of Nadir Shah, 1172 AH, I have posted it under the section "Central Asia and the Caucasus".
Please confirm.
Khanates of Caucasia, Shah Verdi Khan, 1172 AH Ganja mint (1160-1174 AH), in the name of Nadir Shah.
Weight 4.59 gm
Diameter 20 mm
Metal Silver
Nice rare silver coin.

Coin collecting has a curious name. It is also called the "Hobby of Kings".

1172 AH is a posthumous date for Nadir Shah; a similar coin (lot 741)  was proposed for sale by S.Album / auction 16 with this attribution :
"abbasi of Shah Verdi Khan (1169-1172 AH) struck in name of Nadir Shah, dated  with the fictiv date :1155 "
So, your coin is dated with a real date of this ruler.

No doubt it's a rare coin  :applause:
