Iran/ civic copper coin of Resht ? / Two fishes

Iran/Afghanistan civic copper coin/ Two fish.....weight 2.9 gm, diameter 20.71 mm
I can see date 13 on Reverse at 9'0 clock

Square  civic coppers with two fishes exist for Qandahar, but they are of a different style and design. (see Val. 9 / p.171). This coin is, I think, an iranian coin from Resht mint.
As you noticed, it is dated 13xx and is lighter than other known coins of this type with earlier dates.

Here is my example of the one in Valentine, Qandahar mint, this coin has a laminated flan

Maybe this coin and anusin's coin were produced by a similar die, applied to overstrike different coins?

saro is right....this coin is very familiar with Valentine no.87 page 143....of Rasht mint....
