Iran, Civic Copper Coin/Birds/Peacock...Weight 17.00 gms.....Diameter 23.41 mm.......I do not know the mint name or Date

The mint is Rasht "zarb falus Rast" (with the "R" at top) / no date.
I possess the same coin with an illegible mint name that I supposed to be Rasht, now it is identified  thank you for this post...
On reverse there is a crown over the bird (a peacock I think ?) clear on mine; I'll try to post it soon for comparison.
