Here is one of her coins with a caribou on the reverse.

  That looks like an ancient hammered coin of some sort,not a Canadian 25 Cents coin,I'm afraid.

  That Canadian 25c. coin is struck in pure nickel.The Arnold Machin design was in use right up until 1989 in Canada,as a new portrait began to be used in 1990,which was designed by the late Dora de Pedery-Hunt,who was a Hungarian-Canadian coin designer.

Very beautiful coin.
