Fantasy /Fake chinese coin

This look's to be something between fake and fantasy Chinese Soviet Rebublic coin.
Diam 23 mm, 4,07gr, magnetic attracted material.

Sloppy strike, slightly ex-centric. Don't know about the other characters, but the 4 is badly done. The hammer is incomplete. So is the pearl circle on the other side. The stars look like they were drawn by hand.

It's all getting to the point where it gets funny, which is also where it gets a desirable item, showing that greed and clumsiness are not mutually exclusive.

The fact that the "coin" is attracted to a magnet shows that this is a recent (last 25 years) fake, made with a steel core.
