Went through the text rapidly. Found many interesting tidbits. Was especially surprised by the bi-cephalic nature of the date distribution graphs (except Montana area I, which has the shape I had expected), leaped on graph 12.1 but was frustrated when I couldn't find the part where the author explains his "two pillar" thesis.
