Hello I received a Kuang-hsü cash attributed to Kweichow by seller but I think that is Board of Revenue
What is your opinion ?

This is Tianjin mint in Zhili Province (Tientsin/ Chihli).    The mint name is "boo jiyen" with jiyen a bit garbled.    This may be a recast-type forgery, as these are usually sharply cast.
