The new book 'Telephone and Telegraph Tokens of France and The French African Colonies: Jetons de Téléphone et Télégraphe de France et des colonies françaises en Afrique ' by Viktor Khodzhayev is now available on amazon.com
40 pages, fully illustrated.

"Telephone and Telegraph Tokens of France and the French Colonies presents comprehensive descriptions and full color photographs of all known tokens of French origin. Culled from the author’s personal collection with the assistance of worldwide collectors, this catalog includes over 60 telephone and telegraph tokens circulated in France, Algeria, Cameroon, Madagascar, Morocco, and Tunisia from the early 1930s until introduction of calling cards. Featuring a well structured and clean presentation that includes several physical parameters—such as diameter, thickness, weight, alignment, and material—the catalog also includes the author’s exhaustive research regarding the telephone companies that issued the tokens and the areas of circulation."

Judging from the presentation in Amazon it's bilingual.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

Also btw: The telephone token from Cameroon shown in the catalogue should be my one. I got it from a "very nice chap" of this forum, an Englishman sorry: Welshman living in France.  ;D
