If the weight is rotated 180 degrees it is somewhat similar to the two weights at the left hand bottom on this box label but I can't read the text!
Its described in the book as fig.109. Antwerp 1586. ...but then goes on to say:
However no labels were made in Austria, Berlin, Prussia and Schleswig-Holstein. The importance of the label and/or the inscription is that they often bear a date, the name and address of the coin weight-box merchant. and an indication of its coin-weights content.
