Do you have any ideas, what is it?

Quite modern and not a coin. Prime prospect is an Iranian new year medal, but that would have to be confirmed by someone who can actually read the script.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

Definitely not a coin, probably a token of some sort.

Here's a start, unlike anything I've seen from the region before.

أطنه = Adana (Turkey)
پاشا‎ = Pasha (referring to the Ottoman Empire)
سي = Thirty
فابريقية = Could mean the same as فابريقی or factory/mill
صبح = Morning

Some links attributing this to "SUPHI PASHA GINNERY & SPINNING MILL IN ADANA TOKEN" (see here: http://www.delcampe.com/page/item/id,365659981,var,AC--SUPHI-PASHA-GINNERY-SPINNING-MILL-IN-ADANA-TOKEN-OTTOMAN--TURKEY,language,E.html#description)

Here are three entries scanned from the Turkish catalogue, the last scan showing three tokens that only use the same or a similar reverse.

Malcolm
Have a look at  my tokens and my banknotes.
