Great find! Collectors who paid for 10 for this will be disappointed. ;D This date is not common (at-least now)...

I think chances of finding Andorran euro coins are best in France and Spain. Spanish collectors regularly find them in change.

Finally got the Andorran 2 (regular) dated 2014, which completes my 'type collection' of Andorran euro coins. Since there was no chance of finding it here in change ;); I had to buy it, paid little above 3.
