I clicked on Google translate which worked very well enabling me to read the majority of it and save as a text file, however some pages were garbled.

Here is the page at the end.

Günter Aschoff was born in 1936 in Viersen and dealt alongside his profession in
Industrial and school mainly with traveling and collecting. Developed special interest
he for the coins of the German Empire. He also collected coins and porcelain
Token. The discovery of the children's allowance with its diversity and proximity to the classical
Numismatics aroused new fascinations. For the past 12 years it has obtained information about children's playground
coins, gathered play money cans and play bills. It is hardly literature
gave this complex collection area, it was almost inevitable, even to report it.
This catalog provides a detailed list and description of coins,
Certificates and doses than children play money from the period from 1872 to 1960. In addition, it contains
Chapter on child benefit in numismatics, play money, miniature and childcare before
Background of company histories, children's money boxes and children's bills.
The author hopes that this interesting collection area with the release of its catalog
takes a rightful place and is systematically researched.

Thanks for the link Bob.

The complete book is over 300 pages, this looks to be just a teaser sample of the first 2 chapters, never the less it is most interesting.

Unfortunately some of  the text, as Malcolm commented, is completely corrupted.  When you select the text, the list of "copy, print, translate" etc comes up the "search Google for" shows garbled text so right there you know there is no point in trying to use translate.

The pages 16, 17, 18(18/22, 19/22, 20/22) are the corrupted ones.

When using Google Translate you can click on any word, to bring up its alternative suggestions and substitute one of them in the text but also you can directly edit and replace any word or words and insert your own.  When you are happy with the result you can assist Google Translate by submitting your edited version.  Also you can save that version for yourself.

If available, you can also click on their suggestion for the whole imputed text in the original language, which is even quicker just one click and most times it makes the text more readable.  So this should really be your first step if an alternate input text is shown below your input.

Here are the (mostly)unedited 3 missing pages.

2.3 The Firm J. M. Zeiser

According to previous findings, the company recorded, it already had a large Rechenpfennig production. . The pieces are struck in low relief, thickness (0.3mm) and an equal diameter of 15 mm. In addition to the ship or  view the design: Sun Moon systems, there is the text: "Plus Ultra" repeatedly.
Tokens, the company produced in about 1850 of the same alloy as used since 1790 when Christian Reich and L. Chr. Lauer. The stick had 37% zinc and 63% copper. To a lesser extent Zeiser coined even child support. He provided the MCinzen Although his name! Eider but without a year number. By groae similarity little eagle on the Rtickseite the circulation safeguard (see Jaeger No. 1), the Pragezeit the sentence no. 22 with security between 1872-1890 are given. The second set of Zeiser No. 23 shows on the back clearly a groaen eagle which was used in the circulation safeguard after 1890, bringing these Pragezeit is clearly limited (around 1895). The play money sold Zeiser not only in cans, but also in celluloid cans with transparent lid. The small child benefit production of Zeiser and Arld companies let the words geauRerte presumption that these companies only in groaen undertakings child support had blank finished. Two very different discovered coins Stotzen presumption of manufacturing headquarters. 21.4-10Pf. of Arld and 22.5-20 Pf. from Zeiser have the same back side, to an identically extending crack. Also conceivable, however would also be the takeover of a company by another which had a Rs-stamp for further Munzproduktion used. Since Zeiser as well Arid but also tokens, medals and Token hersteliten and child benefits can be clearly assigned to the signature of the company, the elucidation of a possible co-operation of the Company for the collection is not required.

2.4. The company B. H. Mayer from Pforzheim

The firm Mayer can only two children's money propositions are clearly assigned. The front shows nominal and company name, the back side to gekrOnten Adler. The diameter varies with the MUnzsatz 52 of 12.4 mm to 14,7mm, he let so that supposition two own right ended contrast to. MCinzmetalle as copper, steel, zinc and brass have been used. The Company existence proves the production of NotmUnzen. In the catalog of Walter Funck the NotmUnzen town Kehl be (catalog no. 235.3.4.5.) Associated with the firm Mayer. In English literature (at Forrer or Mitschiner) nor Wilhelm Meyer (geb.1840) is mentioned in connection with the founding of Wilhelm Meyer Metallwarenfabrik in 1860th Another firm Mayer in Stuttgart demonstrated to coined NotmUnzen, but so far there are only KinderspielmOnzen with the inscription B H Mayer. The designation as H. Maher on a 20-shilling coin fOr England, but could rather be a translation error. Undisputed is the export production of FRENCH MiniaturmUnzen as are shown on those Stucken the name Mayer and sometimes even the manufacturing headquarters. Marking Example: Vs. Marque Pour Jour R. Imitation B.H.Mayer, 50 cents in a wreath. Rs. Head of Ceres.

2.5. The company Heinrich Arid

Also by the company Arld are few undated MUnztypen. The very small gekrOnte eagle on the reverse side of the coins let the Pragezeit safely classify 1873-1890. The diameter of the coins amounts to 12.7 mm and steel and brass, it can be used as material. In "The ABC of luxury paper" Museum far German folklore Berlin, Upper Heinrich Arld, Pa pierwarenfabrikant, reported that he made PappmUnzen between 1864 und1924 next play money also. The rarity of the coins and their similarity to the Zeiser production bestarkt the presumption a brief cooperation. As the coins bear the company name, but an assignment is easily possible. (kit no. 21)

2.6. the company D & Co

In these coins, the manufacturer can only be surmised. There are English and German editions of the designation D & Co. English coins show throughout the English respecting name and the respective rulers. also see the German coins throughout the German safeguard designation and the respective rulers. the company D & Co was thus a subsidiary of a manufacturer in England or Englanders in Germany be. Behind the Firmenklirzel registered in Augsburg company Drentwett & Co is suspected. The diameter amounts to 13.2 mm, and the materials used are copper, Billon and brass. The mentioned pieces are aullerst rare.

2.7. D.R.

An even greater need for clarification can be found at the coins with the inscription D.R. Token (kit no. 10,11 and 12). They are even rarer than the Stlicke of D & Co. Both the portrait of Wilhelm and the little eagle and the year 1872 on the back indicate possibly points to the first child support production of the German Reich. The diameter varies from 12.5 mm to 14.25 mm. Materials used are brass and zinc. It is highly probable that D.R. represents no FirmenkUrzel but the Abkitrzung for Empire stands. you can certainly describe collectors Gluck to find such a piece, even if the origin has not yet been completely clarified.

2.8. WM's KinderspielmUnze

There is only one coin in front of this slogan. The Auspragung the eagle on the back let a manufacturer or a sales company in 1890 suggests.

2.9. The company Louis Schumann and Laddey

Both companies were resident as ZUndholzfirrnen in Gernrode (resin) and should have coins made of cardboard. The Near wood and paper to cardboard and to the manufacture of ZUndholzschachteln and Stabchenspielen lead us to suppose a PappmUnzenproduktion. It is certain that the author nor designated by the descendants of the Schumann family Einzelstlicke as family production, was able to acquire. The solid cardboard these coins is laminated silver and the coins pass through their Grtifle, 35mm and 40mm, exactly equal the circular respecting again (block no. No. 58.2 and 58.3).

2.10. The company Alfred Weinstein, Hamburg

Is known to the author only french coin by this company. It is highly probable that a french company lia produce a Munzsatz at Weinstein as the production of a single coin is unlikely. The diameter amounts to 12.6 mm and the nominal specification is 20 Francs.Die Riickseite is exactly modeled on the 20 franc stucco of 1850th The material consists of a bright brass alloy (kit no. 49).
