Iran, civic copper of Yazd (unpublished ?)

awful  :'(  but possibly unpublished ...on which it is possible to read the mintname "Yazd"  and what which could be some parts of the epithet :"dar al'ibadh / abode of piety" ,but it's only tentative because rarely seen on coppers.

Are you trying to corner the market for Yazd coins? A week ago, I would have taken the animal for some kind of cat, but now, I am considering that it could be a monkey in a tree...

Not really, Peter!  :) it was only by chance that I found  few (misidentified ) coins which further appeared to belong to this mint; like the "Ugly Duckling", nobody paid attention to them.. ::)

The date is not at all clear...I think it's (1)088 , it may well be (1)188 ? :Safavid Suleyman I or Zand Karim Shah  ???
