Well, as I already pointed out - if every country implemented & enforced the 100 year rule then coin collecting as we know it would cease to exist.

Surely that is the plan?

In Italy the limit to export is 50 years...Some professional sellers have not the possibility to get the permission to export so they have to sell only in Italy.
