My newest acqisition is this silver medal of General Ignatius Kutu Acheampong.

My questions:

The reverse shows a motiv, which remembers me to a FAO coin. I cannot remember which one. Please, help!

Who designed this medal and where was it made?

Very nice medal Afrasi, the designing style looks British to me, I think Royal Mint may have produced this medal.
I found this coin below while searching but I know there is another coin that is similar to your medal.

Many thanks! Very similar and cotton is on both items. I am not sure if I remembered this coin or if there is a closer match.  :-\

My "memory" telles me there's a coin out there with a man with a machete, harvesting cane sugar with his rear end sticking out and taken from the same angle. Philippines, maybe?

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.
