Few more observations: Isn't the 2016 edition supposed to have coins listed issued until 2015 (Or at-least first half of 2015)? None of the Greek coins issued after 2013 are listed (in fact 2013 listings are also incomplete). This is quite disappointing.

That problem is not new.

I have the 2002 edition of the 20th century volume, which was published before they started the separate 2001-date volume and therefore should include coins issued up till 2001. I also have the 2009 volume for the current century. There are several coins dated 1999 or 2000 that I simply don't have coverage of at all, because they didn't make it into the 2002 edition and clearly are too early for the 21st century one. But there is Numismaster etc. for these.

If you are a contributor, you should be getting a contributor's copy.

When I was a contributor for the 2011 edition, (I think) Tom asked me for my address, but I told him not to send the catalogs as I was pretty happy with the 2007 edition I already had and I also had free subscription on Numismaster (granted by George). It was meeting my requirements very well.

As a matter of policy, SCWC does not show all images.

Noted. But when you show images of two out of three Irish €15 coins from a series, then why not show image if the third coin as well? ;) The combined set of three €15 proof coins (Irish Animals Series) is also not listed.

The 2016 edition was released in July 2015.
It went to printer in March 2015.
Only those coins which were reported and whose prices were indicated by US dealers, were included.
Prices vary by market.
Just see the prices of Indian coins and you would understand that the book is US centric.

Agreed, however I'd expect to see at-least the coins issued in 2013/2014 which is not the case at many places.

Regarding prices, yes, they are US centric but the prices they quote shall be realistic as I said. Nowhere in the world you will get the Austrian €25 of 2003 (700 Years City of Hall in Tyrol) for $125. It's far off from actual price (~€400+). That's my point..

Never forget that they still manage to bring out a two volumes every year at regular schedule. No other organisation is capable of bringing out even a tenth of this much.

Indeed! I fully commend the hard work being done by the KM team! :) It's not an easy task and requires lot of investment not only in terms of money but also time. But they seem to be ignoring the complaints they have been receiving from their regular customers, which may eventually affect their business too...
