The question is that it was released only in limited quantity for VIP guests.
There was a plan to issue to general public but was not done.
There were some problems.
What were those, was the question.

If they are indeed dated 1877, I presume that is a Saka date (1955 AD), rather than a Vikrama Samvat date (1820 AD). However, I have not found why 1955 is significant...
