Such rare pieces have no "market" price, as there is no real market.

Here is one offered in much better grade (xf) for 1.200 €: http://www.ma-shops.de/hoy/item.php5?id=190 But it is a longer time in the net now without being sold ...

Your piece I would grade only as fine. If I would sell it I would want a minimum of 100 €, expect 200 € and hope for 300 €.
