I have found Handbook of Coins of Baktria and Ancient India, Including Sogdiana, Margiana, Areia, and the Indo-Greek, Indo-Skythian, and Native Indian States South of the Hindu Kush, Fifth Century Centuries BC to First Century AD by Oliver Hoover here. I am only interested in the part on Sogdiana. The price is pretty steep. If there are pages upon pages of Sogdiana coins, it may be worth it. If there are just a few pages or if there is a cheaper source of information it would not be worth it. Can anyone advise?

I have it and to my untutored eye it looked fairly comprehensive (I was mostly looking at the Indo Greek section) but that section got a rather poor review for inaccuracy, and TH gave it a very poor review for accuracy on the kharosthi legends http://www.worldofcoins.eu/forum/index.php?topic=26417.0.

Unfortunately that is one of the books I have to store at work due to lack of space at home so it will be Tuesday before I will be able to check it for you, but if no-one else gets in first I will let you know then how the Sogdiana section looks then.

The part on Sogdiana is just 6 pages, of which 2 are introduction.
It mainly treats only three categories of coins: The Bukhara Euthydemous imitations, the Hyrkodes coinage and the Southern Sogdiana early archer coins. The contents are not worth the price of the book, i think.
