Does the last one really belongs to tipu sultan era?

Your last coin looks well like a paisa of Tipu Sultan / Patan mint, but the date "1211" is highly suspect...Tipu changed his datation system in 1202 AH which became 1215 AM (Mauludi era) with the date written in a retrograde manner ("5121" to avoid confusions with the AH dates).
 Tipu's coins are known from 1197 to 1201 AH and then from 1215 to 1226 AM, coins dated 1202 to 1214 don't exist, and so, a coin dated 1211 is unfortunately most probably a fake... :'(
