A copper coin with a countermark

Not sure if this is Indian or N.african ,I can't make sense of the countermark, any ideas?

Simlilar countermarks exist on Quarter Annas from Oman (KM # 19.1 and 19.2). I add an example. But your coin was not a Quarter Anna, nor the countermark is "ST" or "SS" ...  :-\

Thank you Afrasi,  it's not the same for sure although i notice the stamp is near the edge on both coins which is odd, why not in the centre  I wonder
