How can Farokh Todywalla take Indian coins out of India? Or he can because he has a trading license? ???

Do they need to have a license to take coins outside of india ?  I thought it was only for >=100 years old coins.... If the ysell pre 1915 british, probably they may have some license or agreement with ASI

Indeed there's no permission needed for the British India coins issued after 1915. But I don't think he'll take British India coins with him as they are plentiful in UK ;). Also, there's bigger demand for Victoria/William BI coins. There's a much bigger market for Mughal, Sultanate etc. coins in Europe these days which need permission from ASI, hence my question...
