Nice coins! I haven't got mine yet...in fact didn't try to get them. Now since you have posted this, shall watch out now. ;)

In last coin show, a dealer was having couple of these in junk box but they were too worn out to buy...

Four smaller coins are actual set that came out in 2012.
20 Kwacha came out in 2014 and has the year on the reverse.
50 and 100 Kwacha are due this year and hopefully, will be bimetallic.
The uniformity of design is, perhaps the first victim of piece meal issue of a series, if you can call it one.
