Poland: Commemorative zł 20 Banknote Planned for 2016

The National Bank of Poland plans to issue a zł 20 banknote next year commemorating 1050th Anniversary of Christianization of Poland. See NBP's issue plan here. Since the mintage is 30,000 only (in folder?), I guess it's not intended for circulation but a legal tender in Poland.
