Working with Android
« on: July 30, 2015, 12:26:09 AM »
Today, my desktop breathed its last. Ironically, on the very day that it would have been eligible for an upgrade to Windows 10.
This means that I'll need to be photo editing on an Android tablet. I'm used to Photoscape, it gives me all the adjustments that I need; in particular the ability to resize my shots. Ebay have one size requirement and Etsy another. In addition, my pictures are taken with a camera, not a smart phone.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
One specific problem that I foresee is cropping pictures on a touchscreen. How does that work?

Do you Microsoft office on your tablet? I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager for resizing, a simple one click operation and then save.

Why? I regularly use MS office on my Android phone (Lollipop 5.0.2); haven't used their picture manager though, as my phone has another photo editing software.

Yes but it has now been superseded by individual apps for Word Excel and Powerpoint but apparently not the Ms picture manager.
