One of these has come up in the past year, I'm not sure on which forum. I thought it to be Civil War issue but IIRC it turned out to be a casino token. I'll try to find the original post.

The more I look at google images for Dos Pesetas Fichas Casino, the more certain I am. Still haven't found the original post, but it's almost certainly a chip. Probably just pre Civil War.
