Nice coins Vivek! I had started to collect them, got first 12 issues or so and then there was a break...Still not successful in getting the remaining issues! BTW I collect them by mint mark, so it's bit more time consuming task for me...

No, they are only available in P & D. Not sure if there are surcharged collector versions available from San Francisco mint (mint mark: S)...

Any one selling in India these albums and coins? or did you get them from US?

There are number of varieties available in these albums (presidential dollars, quarters etc)..The US market (private dealers) offers you many options for storage of dollars, quarters..you can buy empty sets too...Buy an empty set and start filling the gaps as and when you receive the missing ones!

Dear Vivek,

I got the Album from USA. I purchased the album without the coins. Since my Brothers and Mother in law are settled in USA, and they come to India almost very year, I get the coins regularly from USA every year.

I haven't collected these individually but I have all of them in uncirculated mint sets.
It is a nice series.

Yes there are: the coins of the proof sets are struck at the San Francisco Mint and bear the S mint mark.

This is a very neat set, not sure why Americans don't like them! Are all from same mint (P or D)?

I have stopped collecting these as Euro coins are keeping me busy throughout the year...
