Sterkrade.
Settlement in Nothern Rhein - Westphalia until 1929. At 1929 Sterkrade was joined with Oberhausen and became the district of this town.

Stettin.
Town in Poland. Was founded in the VIII century by Slavonic tribes. Stettin belonged to Germany till the end of the World War II. And then it was transferred to Poland.

Westphalia.
Historical area in Germany. Until 1180 belonged to the duchy of Saxony. At 1180 Wesphalia became a duchy. At 1803 Westphalia was joined to Hesse. At 1807-1813 Westphalia was independent Kingdom (ruler: king Gerome Bonaparte).

Wiesbaden.
It is the capital of Hesse now. Population: 278919. At 1270-1866 Wiesbaden belonged to independent country - the duchy of Nassay. Since 1866 - Prussian possession.

Town in Rheinland-Pfalz. Population: 81736. Worms was founded by Celts about 2000 years ago.

Very nice collection. :)  Side note: The Westfalen (Westphalia) pieces were not actually used as notgeld but primarily issued as fundraisers. As for the history of the territory, well, in the Napoleonic years the country was bigger, and much further east (Jérôme's residence was Kassel). When Prussia annexed Westphalia and made it a province (1815-1946), hence the term "Provinz Westfalen" on the pieces.
