Ottoman Manghir with fishes

The next coin came together with another copper coin with a goat. Though the style is a bit different, it also has an animal subject. One side shows two fishes swimming around a star. The other side a cobweblike pattern. The fish design more or less resembles the "Stugeon type" pul from the Lower Volga region. However the combination with this reverse i could not find. For both coins i would postulate a central Asian origin. Any thoughts and suggestions are again appreciated.

The black hole that I once dared call my memory says Afghan civic on both (second reminds me of liquorice, but is more likely to be inspired by honeycomb... Scoured KM, but it is incomplete and lightly illustrated. Did find deer, but looking the other way.

I imagine the Afgan civic coppers might very well be inspired by these. I think these are older coins. A very clear difference with the Afghan civic coppers is the size and weight. The civic coppers are much heavier.

The two fishes one is a manghir, illustrated as no. 962 (13 mm, 2.54 gm) in Olcer's 'Ornamental copper coinage of the Ottoman Empire'. Unfortunately it is not ascribed to any particular mint or period, but these manghirs seem to be 16th-17th century going by other dated ones in the book.
