My first surprise was receiving the 2009 Slovakia 2 euro in change in an outpost of The Hague that harbours no attraction for tourists. My second surprise was that this issue hadn't been mentioned here already. So here it is, fresh from the press.

Neat find! Well, if I had come across any coins from Slovakia around here (in the wild, that is), I might have mentioned it. Alas, nothing from SK so far ... I think. And coins from the "previous newbies" - Slovenia, Cyprus, Malta - are quite rare too. Lucky you! :)
