Don't know the origin of this token. But it seems astrology/numerology related. The numbers on the top photo are arranged in a "magic square". The sum of each row and collumn should be 111, the total of the numbers is 666.

Mal's second article is more illuminating. The first simply contains a description of what you can see on the coin, plus a weight in units I don't understand.
