I'm very much sure that this is not an official issue as there are no signs of issuing authority etc but still a good deal for couple of euros... ;)

Very good indeed. The designs are by Christopher Ironside. This was the first time since Victoria's reign that the island had circulated its own coins, and this time it was a full set. They were introduced to coincide with decimalisation. Up until then, the other two crown dependencies (Jersey and Guernsey - the Channel Islands) had only issued coins up to the equivalent of threepence, but they too both issued a full set for decimalisation.

Thanks! The only IoM coins which are of most interest for me are the bimetallic £2 and occasionally, £5. No 50p coins, too many IMO. Not easy to get them in India...
