A New York token. From the name, I can infer that this token could have been used from 1946, when its predecessor changed its name to include tunnels, to 1994, when it was rebranded Metropolitan Transport Authority Bridges and Tunnels. The bridge-in-wreath is their seal.

However, the text on the reverse reflects that the TBTA operated several bridges and tunnels. Th inclusion of the Verrazano-Narrows bridge, opened in 1964, reduces the period of use to 1964-1994. Also, there is that M in the last line. It looks like the Metropolitan Transport Authority logo as used 1967-1979 and 1979-1994, but on the 1979-1994 logo, the M lives in a circle. If we are indeed looking at the 1967-1979 logo, that diminishes the period of use even further.
