overstruck - appears to be a large "R" ? and 16xx, and 1641 on the other side.
always willing to trade modern UK coins for modern coins from elsewhere....

It looks like the host coin is an 8 maravedis of perhaps the 1620s, mintmark obliterated with the 1659 countermark, crowned PHS V monogram on one side BX on the other side.
