No, dear Coinsforever, it isn't Allahabad / Ilahabas ; this coin is one of the few issues of Akbar which bear it's denomination in full letters.
The other is a "damri" (in full letters too), both coins are only known for Ilahi 33 / ref Brown 1150.
The damra is more common than the "damri" (I have never seen one).

An extremely rare single half dam of Srinagar mint, with the word "nim dam", is said to exist.

Yes, it is somewhat scarce in good grade.
Fractions of dams bearing their denomination are all rare, I have gathered them (from Valentine p.187 and Zeno):
