This is the earliest Netherlands cent that I have. Pretty neat old coin.
If you go a little more than 20 years earlier they aren't cents.

That one looks nice !
Most you find are a bit more worn ...

Some are more expensive ...

this one is both !

Still it is an interesting coin even though worn.
Wasn't 1817 the first year for cents?

For 1817 and 1818 only some trial  pieces were made, and they are quite expensive !

This site also mentions it's huge value !

Thankfully, not one on my want list  ;D But an interesting piece of history never the less.
This one I got (1837) is the likely the only one from the 1817-1837 period I will collect.
But maybe I can go back a little further with type examples.

To be complete with a date and type run 1877-1980, I only need
1882
1884
1896
1897
1898
1899
1924 and 1926

The 1924 cost a little more than average but not that bad.

FosseWay

According to my list I have a spare 1899 and 1926, though until I unearth them I can't be 100% certain they exist nor what condition they're in.

Anything else you're after while we're on to make the postage worthwhile?  ;D

Prosit

Sent you an email :-) Thanks!
