Royalist provisional mint, assayer FP.   I still use Utberg for Mexico, in which this particular piece is unknown.

Cayón has this variety (Cayón 15273) but doesn't illustrate it. Having gone through a number of Zacatecas coins pics now, I am amazed at how the coins improved in design. Since the improvement is gradual, it looks like better die sinkers became available, not so much a question of recuperating original dies.
