It appears that Mumbai Mint has begun booking for these coins. The Mint also posted two images on their 'sellable products' page. Have these coins have already been produced and packaged? Will the collectors receive soon after booking or are these selling off the counter?

If you are yet to book the Mata Vaishno Devi and Nehru coins, be prepared to shell out more.
In what looks to be a first, Very Strangely, the Mint has increased the price of current bookings that are open by Rs 37, 30, 31 and 25. Not sure what led to the price change, but this could be more due to change in VAT rates imposed by Maharashtra Government recently.

Seems you are correct, earlier VAT rate in Maharashtra was 12.5%, now it's 13.5%.

I guess the increased VAT will be applicable retrospectively, for the undelivered orders (Just like train fares etc.)?

By the way, shouldn't the price of Nehru proof set be read as ₹3730 in your post?

The bookings opened Oct last year and closed just few weeks back
