Do you think it may come in to circulation?

Of late all coins are put into circulation. Of Course with the overload, mints may not strike them or only few mints may strike a small quantity. The last time a coin was not put into circulation was around 2008 "Ter Centenary of Gur-Ta-Gaddi" and prior to that around 2005 "150 Years of Telecommunication" ....

With cost of 5 Rupees coin showing rising tendency, if they change the specifications,you may never know.
Coin of Nehru was released much later but has been issued.

10/- coins released this have been issued but 5/- coins released earlier to yoga day ( Tata and Bhel) are not being issued.
