World of Coins bookshelf
« on: September 26, 2014, 12:37:25 PM »
The World of Coins bookshelf is a list of links to electronic versions of books. The books are free of rights as far as we know. If they should not be free of rights, please let us know in the "comments" thread. The books are for your personal use only. You may not sell these files or use them in other commercial ways. Depending on your internet connection and the size of the book, downloads may take a bit of time.

Owing to differences in copyright law, a book may be free of rights and downloadable in one country and subject to rights in another country. In general, property rights last the longest in the US, the shortest in developing countries and somewhere in-between in other countries. In such cases, you should find out what the law in your country says. Below, there will be links to books that are freely available on the internet, but may be subject to rights in other countries.

The books are obviously not the latest. However, they may contain useful detail not found in other works. Many book titles were abridged or their gist translated in English, as they can be wordy. In cases of several co-authors, only the first mentioned is given in the list. The list contains only single volume books. Multiple volume books will appear in separate posts.

The intention is not to be complete. Books that are very rarely downloaded will eventually be removed to save space. Rather, the intention is to provide easy access to the most useful free books. If you want to add books, you can propose them in the "comments" thread.

Happy researching.

Peter
