Yugoslavia: 50 para 1978, km46.1, different “7”

I am faced with coins of this type dated 1978 and 1980. KM catalogues them as KM 46.1 and 46.2. I cannot find any difference. Can anyone help? Both are 6.1 grams, 25.5 mm, reeded edge.

When I started using computers for numismatics, some 15 years ago or more, with arrival of digital cameras, I also found the whole series, actually 10 and 20 para was modified in 1979. All the zeros were made smaller and thinner but the gap difference is most visible on the biggest coin, here. This denomination though is the only one showing the difference within the same year. Maybe I've still got numbers or can find my post on local bulletin boards (or yahoo group, don't remember anymore)
