This type in Ujjain is scarcer than Gwalior in falus type .. But Qila mukam Gwalior has to be rarer than this Ujjain in nim Tanka..

Initially it was thought that the neem tanka was not published, but in the IIRNS Newsline, Issue 42 (April 2004) such a coin was published by Dilip P Balsekar and Milind Patel: An Unpublished Nim-tanka of Akbar. This is exactly the same coin published..

Very nice coin. I always value provenance of a coin and when you can trace a coin like this to an old article, auction catalogs or collections it definitely add a little more to our pursuit of knowledge about the history of the coin.

Very interesting, this is with no doubt the same coin; a rarity unpublished till 2004, and which is still a rare one.

I possess one ( in lower grade..) dated "Ilahi 45 / farwardi" on which it seems that the mintname Ujjain is written without the initial "alif", but I am not certain of that;  I'll try to post it soon.

Is this your coin Saro (Bernard) sir??? Certainly a rarity.. I have known 3 more in private collection in India but no more than 10coins would exist for sure..

Yes, thank you to have find it, it's well my coin. Oesho posted it for me on Zeno so that a little sketch .
is it only "alif" before "jain"?, it seems that we have "zarb" on right and nothing else?
