This coin looks like a dam of Dogaon (dar al-Ilslam)/ Akbar.
I am not sure but the script may indicates a contemporary counterfeit?
The weight could be a good indication, such counterfeits made for trade are usually substantially lower than the standard (+/- 20,5g)
(thickness is really 15 mm?  ???)
