The picture does not help too much I,d say  celtic drachm immitative of phillip II  donau region
It,s only the flan too thick , usually they are a little cup shaped

Definitily Kugelwangtype but you see only the hair and hairband. Not the facepart.  Reverse horse to left, maybe scordisi tribe , that region anyway, east celts  grt derek

Had ook in het nederlands gekund , geloof ik
