Not sure which text you were referring to, so I took the one called Латвия. 2 сантима 1937 года (2 santimi 1937).

Official sources believe the documents from the State Archives of Latvia and the publication in the newspaper "Valdības Vēstnesis" ( "Official Gazette" - hereinafter referred to as "VV"), which is the official daily publication of the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers.

Unofficial sources believe the rest of the publication of newspapers, information from the directory, the information obtained from participants in various numismatic forums own measurements, etc.

As I receive new information for this article, I will change it, and the new additions and refinements will be described here. I also want to express my deep gratitude to all who helped with information and photos. Any additional information (both official and any hearsay) you dispose of is always welcome, don't be too lazy to share, you will be very grateful.

My intention was not that we translate for you, but rather that you do a rough translation and we edit it for you.

Peter

It is perfectly understandable, but I can edit it, if you wish ...

Sorry, but only for Russian speaking people

Good video, I agree with you! The so called varieties in the Krause books are only results of low quality minting, they are not true die varieties, they are only defects!

Exactly!  :D

1923 patterns (1s, 2s, 5s) was struck because Latvian government wanted bronze coins with higher relief.
