Countermark on a Bengal Presidency" year 19" rupee / mint: Mushidabad . ref KM98.1
(the yr 19 is under the countermark PM)

Sorry KM ref is KM109 and not 98.1 for this variety without AH date...

The problems with countermarked coins is they are easy to fake & a lot are suddenly appearing on ebay & various other places. I have no idea if this one is genuine but I know how easy it would be for me to make that simple die punch to add those two letters & increase the value of the base coin considerably

I agree with you but this subject of the stamps in the coins is not possible have certainties of his authenticity or no authenticity.
The weight of this rupee is 12,36 g
