we think we see an horse with some letters above.  AIS on the right
size: 13,17 - 14,41
weight: 3,21 gramm

I think it is probably a variety of this:    Lucania, Poseidonia-Paestum, 218-201 BC. AE Sextans 15mm, 3.17g. Head of Demeter right, two dots behind / PAIS above wild boar right; crescent and two dots below. HNItaly 1215; Crawford 10/3,  http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/greece/lucania/poseidonia/HNItaly_1215.jpg but with the caduceus below rather than the 2 dots,

The right picture needs to be turned 90 degrees left.
